some running game will let player have improvement.
3 ppl a group.
do running... the stright of court... on each line and return... 30 sec.
the next one... do 碎步,
then i want they do play more hard on dribbling... also time for rest...
then time to shooting.. oh you missed, pls run a court..from baseline to baseline.
and then Team B vs Team C...
I think their passing and defense ppl passing.. is very weak..
so do a drill that after pass the ball go to defense ...
