Sat Training

some running game will let player have improvement.

3 ppl a group.
do running... the stright of court... on each line and return... 30 sec.
the next one... do 碎步,

then i want they do play more hard on dribbling... also time for rest...

then time to shooting.. oh you missed, pls run a court..from baseline to baseline.

and then Team B vs Team C...

I think their passing and defense ppl passing.. is very weak..
so do a drill that after pass the ball go to defense ...

First they do Full Court Press !!
i did teach those kids 4 ppl run as "8".. but finally... they just stand and wait for the ball.... what will be happen on first quater? 3:27

do more pick.. run more. to the space.. Help Help.. the key man.

Second Quater.. do as Big 3-2.. what those kid do....
the pos 4 and 5 .. go down to the AB area... hey man.. how tall are u!?
so use the timeout and say.. go up to Pick! double Pick..... Trible Pick.. at least let the key man can move and pass the ball...

Look like.. workable... .. sandwich pick.
what deferense we can do? 2-1-2.. and... get more def rebound... block out those tall guy.


some time got easy lay up... maybe opp think... relax.....

first time full court 1-2-1-1 press.

Team C match with St Louis. 35:16

the position 1,2,3 don't be stand on a line, should be form like a triangle. to prevent ppl catch the ball in middle.

For the offense, do more screen , pick and roll, run.

i think time to train the foot work again.
